These contracts constitute pure residential leases: they solely govern the temporary enjoyment of the property and do not include any additional, ancillary, or hotel-like services, in full compliance with current statutory prohibitions.

The property owners operate on a non-entrepreneurial basis, without any organized corporate structure or professional service provision.

All properties are officially registered with the competent local and national authorities and are assigned the required identification codes (CIR / CIN) as mandated by regional and Italian national law.

Location Note: The properties are located in the quiet and private hamlet of Maen (Municipality of Valtournenche).

To ensure the utmost comfort and peace of mind for all our guests, while sharing a great love for animals, the property is not equipped to accommodate them, and therefore pets are not allowed.
